Knowing Through Human Rights Films

چکیده
Film is an increasingly important medium for communicating knowledge about human rights, and rights film festivals are growing in number scope. How do feature-length films produce rights? The analysis here based on close readings of the narratives cinematography associated with supplemented by fieldwork carried out at festivals, reviews published interviews directors curators. article identifies three key cinematic strategies encoded to as justified belief: authenticity, reflexivity ambivalence.
